Cancellation Policy

Champion Staffing TX coordinates and schedules hospitality professionals specifically for your events and operations. Because our staff commit their availability to your business, we require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any shift cancellations or significant reductions in requested personnel. If a scheduled shift is cancelled, rescheduled, or downsized within less than 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the following charges will apply: Late Cancellation Fee: The client will be billed a flat cancellation fee equivalent to four (4) hours of service at the agreed-upon hourly rate for each scheduled staff member affected. On-Site Cancellations: If staff members arrive at the venue and are sent home due to a cancellation or reduction in need, the client will be billed for the full duration of their scheduled shift or a minimum of four (4) hours, whichever is greater. Champion Staffing TX recognizes that extreme, unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event of documented severe weather, state-ordered venue closures, or acts of God that make running the event legally or physically impossible, cancellation fees may be waived or credited toward a future booking at the sole discretion of Champion Staffing TX management.
